I've been sporting straight hair eversince i've come to see the light. There were just 3 instances when i didn't. They were when i was a baby (Dad shaved all our heads when we were babies so that we can have thick hair he says), when i was 7 in kinky curls (por dios por santo! but it is all my mom's doings >_< ) and when i was 9 or 10 when i had it curled again. Well, now every morning that i look myself at the mirror, it gets pretty boring so i decided to be adventurous with my hair this time. I've been toying with the idea of perm for the past weeks and i just needed an excuse to put it to action. With Jac's upcoming wedding date two weeks from now, I can finally bring myself to the salon. So i called my girlfriend up...

D: Sunny, are you free today coz i wanna go to the salon to get a perm. Is it okay if you come with me?
S: Sure, no problem...
D: That's great! See you later...

YOU GOTTA LOVE MY FRIENDS ^^ They are so nice to me.

Yosha! So at 5:30pm, i met with Sunny and then proceeded to Bench FIX salon. After the shampooing, i was assigned to Snoxx the hairdresser but his assistant attended to me first. I was asked to sit at the inner area where most of the haircoloring, hairperming and all the other hair treatments are done. The assistant started the usual back massage and little chitchat. Then she began the next step which is both T-A-I-H-E-N for her and well, for my neck--THE CURLERS!!! *gulp* She began rolling my hair into those little curlers and by the time she was through, my neck was already suffering. Chou heavy those mini-curlers or whatever you call them >_<>

After watching people come and go for the past 45min-1hr, the assistant finally came back to take the curlers off one by one. I could just hear my neck go "WHEEEEE!!!!" haha. But since it's still wet, the curls looked liked that of Michael Jackson's BAD days. I even kid the assistant by saying, "Who's bad?! Aw!" *lol* but deep inside, im afraid to find my hair that curly when it dries up.... scary! Well, the assistant seem to sense that fear in me that she repeatedly told me that the curls will get bigger and it'll look wavy in time rather than curly. Well, i just believed her for my own good. Then Snoxx snipped a few hair here and there then applied mousse for the finishing touches. VOILA! MEDUSA ON THE LOOSE ^___^. That explains the poster above (DISCLAIMER: Of course you know that it wasn't me on the pic. Except for the 'snakes head', anatomically, i don't come close to it hahahahaha but thanks to some artist named Boris, i got visuals for this entry ^^)

I hope in 2 weeks, hair will be better as i have to go back for that "HAIR REFAIR" (in Snoxx's own words *lol*). After that, hair would probably be 'tamed' *crosses fingers* but for the following days, MEDUSA will be roaming the streets of Manila until that hair repair treatment or until i grow my hair long and straight again.



PS: If only this MEDUSA could fly to Japan for the upcoming TACKEY con set this December 23 and 25, it would make her a really happy creature demo PERSEUS (a.k.a MOM & DAD) would cut her head off if she'd be absent on the family's NOCHE BUENA on Christmas eve *deep, deep sigh*

well, poor Tackey too. His holidays will be eaten up by work. Another thing i like with this guy, he is so selfless. Anything for the fans, he'd do it. So if we say NOT TO MARRY, would he do it too? for fans? selflessness? ..... oh, that'll be too selfish of us. Let's just haggle that he gets married when we're ready. The question is WHEN will that be? haha...
